The Parent Council meets throughout the year, usually in the evening at the school. We discuss a wide range of issues which have been raised by pupils, parents and staff at Broughton. Our core aims are:
- to get more parents involved with day to day school activities
- in a difficult economic environment, to keep raising funds for BHS
- to improve communication between home and school
The work of the Parent Council is divided between three groups, which are:
- A management group
- A fund-raising group (The Broughton Association)
- A communication group
