The Broughton Association raises funds for the school. In a climate of repeated funding cuts, the fund raising function of the Parent Council has become more important than ever. In the 2009-10 session, money was made available to the school for:

• The "Green Team"
• Merit Awards
• Footballs
• The Art Club
• Site licences for the Interdisciplinary Learning Day
• A camera for the Art Dept.
• Crockery for Hospitality Pupils
• "Bugsy" performing rights

and much more.

Fund raising activities take two forms at Broughton; occasional events and the "200 Club"

The most recent event was the Music Quiz Night - held on Friday 4th Feb. 2011 in the school hall. Another great success with £100s raised for the school. Huge thanks to don Paul and all his helpers for another great night. Could we make the questions easier next year please?
