The Parent Council meets throughout the year, usually in the evening at the school. We discuss a wide range of issues which have been raised by pupils, parents and staff at Broughton. Our core aims are:

  • to get more parents involved with day to day school activities
  • in a difficult economic environment, to keep raising funds for BHS
  • to improve communication between home and school

The work of the Parent Council is divided between three groups, which are:

  • A management group
  • A fund-raising group (The Broughton Association)
  • A communication group
